Engineering Overview
Developing and developed worlds have vastly different infrastructures, demands and opportunities regarding energy systems. Economies, geographies, population densities and natural resources play major roles in technology implementation. In providing breadth and depth, a knowledge base that includes both social and technical aspects of the challenges is required. Coursework includes technology underpinnings and social context including a seminar-style course in which leaders give their perspectives on insertions of new technologies around the globe.
